I am a mom to a very strong, smart, and vivacious girl, as well as two incredible boys. And I am the daughter of a remarkable mom, an engineer before there were female engineers. When I look at my kids, it’s important to me that my daughter has the same access and support as my sons, and that she gets to be who she is and thrive in a world that sees her and respects her. I am so thankful for my mom and feel that I am holding and passing the baton as we all work together to make the world more equitable for all women. Every single day I am thankful that I can serve this purpose in an organization that is part of so many communities.
